The Reproductive System
The reproductive system is the body system that is responsible for producing offspring. It includes the gonads (testes in males and ovaries in females) and the reproductive organs.
The testes are the male gonads and are responsible for producing sperm and male hormones. The ovaries are the female gonads and are responsible for producing eggs and female hormones.

The reproductive organs include the penis (in males) and the vulva (in females). The penis is the organA structure made of different tissues working together to perform a specific function. that is responsible for transferring sperm to the female reproductive tract during sexual intercourse. The vulva is the external female genitalia and includes the labia, clitoris, and vaginal opening.
