Contract law is found in almost every area of the law. The concepts that we will look at form part of the effectiveness of corporate deals, trade contracts, employment contracts, and many other day to day dealings. People enter into hundreds of contracts a year, be it sales contracts for a coffee or orders from a shipping platform. Understanding the details of contract law is key to ensuring you effectively protect yourself or your client.
