The law is a complicated effort, and requires a high degree of analysis and understanding. Depending on the practice area and whether you are in a contentious or transactional field, a lawyer may be handling incredibly large sums of money or helping defend a person’s freedom in a criminal case.

This module will help you understand how these items are viewed at a theoretical level, with the practical application often being reserved for the Solicitor’s Qualification Exam or the Bar Professional Training Course which are required for a person to qualify as a solicitor or barrister.
